Awesome experience. The physician was great and provided information regarding my eye health in a manner that I could understand. The office staff were awesome.The entire visit took 48 minutes ...that includes a short wait to see the technician (browsed and tried on frames), the physician exam and then a final selection of frames (while being examined office staff found other possible frames to try). Very satisfied with my visit.

This was my first visit to Visionworks after leaving MyEyeDr. and I've got to give them some praise! The staff at this location were so sweet, knowledgeable and friendly to a new face. Dr. Ashley Outar was probably the best I've been to, in the sense that she didn't make me feel rushed or unheard when asking questions about my vision and thoughts on LASIK or vision remedies in my future. She also helped me understand different types of contacts to help with dry eyes and actually provided me with multiple trials of contacts so I could get a feel for what works best.Like I said, for a first visit I felt welcomed and understood. The process was stream-less. From the time I walked in, I was greeted, helped, everyone was nice and patient, very professional. Dr Ashley explained everything so well, Mando was very helpful and explained each test before hand. Lastly, the 2 lovely ladies at the front had the best customer service.
