Had an unexpected incident with my eye. Called about new patient semi emergency help. Jennifer got me in within 24 hours. Was able to help me with all my insurance stuff. Dr Shemna was super easy to talk to and explained everything so I could understand it. And Teagan was super sweet and helpful explaining my next appointment and how everything would work. Super impressed. Highly recommend

I haven't even had my appointment yet, but I'm already extremely impressed and grateful to Jennifer, the front desk receptionist. She went above and beyond for me - during their busy time - and I really appreciate it. I called to ask if they took my insurance (it's one of the weird ones), and at first she said they didn't in general (because they don't take most versions of it). This is where most people would have ended the call; because they're busy and my question was mostly answered. But Jennifer took the extra steps, even though she was busy and had to put me on hold a few times here or there while she greeted incoming customers.
