“I've had the pleasure of doing business here for over 5 years. I recently had a problem with my vision and though it may have been my prescription. I called the office to make sure I was using them correctly. I made an appointment and that's when Dr. Kiarash Bassirri realized I had a detached retina and made arrangements for surgery. It was a smooth and speedy process to say the least.i was so glad the hd was able to figure out what the problem was and how we could fix it. I felt confident to know I was in the right place to be seen.“
“I accidentally sat on my wife's new glasses. One arm was bent and the lens had popped out. I called and they said they would look at them. My wife and I dropped in and a very adept gentleman immediately took a tool and carefully realigned the frame and secured the lens back into position. Very happy that I get a reprieve from my wife. And very impressed with this level of impromptu service. Very happy.“

“We’ve have wonderful experiences at Walmart Eye Center in WF! Have used the warranty multiple times with our son - this year they added a $20 charge for 1 annual replacement, but that’s a lot cheaper than a new pair!“

“I broke my glasses on vacation last week and Bob and Gail worked me into their schedule today to basically build a pair of wire-rimmed glasses using parts they had on hand. I wouldn't say the work was cheap but considering they worked me in first thing on a Monday and were able to do this sort of work so quickly, I would say the price was very reasonable. The number of shops in Raleigh who could do this type of work at all is probably few. The number who could do it without having to send off for parts is fewer and I think there may only be one who would and could do a project like this right away for you. If you need expert work done outside of popping a new prescription in a generic frame call Bob and Gail!“
“My whole family and I have been going to the eye institute for the 3 years and we're not changing that anytime soon. The place is very clean and the doctors are always very pleasant and informative. I have seen 2 different doctors, they both take their time explaining preventative care as much as possible. The staff is always friendly and efficient without rushing you out. Everyone is on top of their game game - a rarity nowadays, I feel fortunate to have found them.“

The kind and friendly receptionist was able to get me in quickly for an eye issue, and Dr. Lyerly carefully examined my eyes and diagnosed and then explained the problem. I left the office with a plan of treatment and relieved that the problem wasn’t serious. I am very pleased with the care that I received here, and that they were able to get me in quickly for diagnosis and treatment. I plan to continue here for my routine exams as well.“
