My whole family and I have been going to the eye institute for the 3 years and we're not changing that anytime soon. The place is very clean and the doctors are always very pleasant and informative. I have seen 2 different doctors, they both take their time explaining preventative care as much as possible. The staff is always friendly and efficient without rushing you out. Everyone is on top of their game game - a rarity nowadays, I feel fortunate to have found them.
I was really nervous about going to a new doctor. I was Amazed at the quality of professionalism each of the staff showed.They were kind and personable. I felt they really cared about my eye health and well being. I didn't feel rushed at all. They answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. I would recommend this Excellent practice to anyone who demands nothing but the Best!
I had a wonderful experience start to finish. I called first thing in the morning and their lovely staff gave me an appointment same day (within 2 hours!). I saw Dr. Tim Poirier and he was very kind, knowledgeable, and informative. Very excited to establish care here.
