Getting old and needing glasses sucks. Shawn and his team at Warby Parker North Hills will make you feel fabulous with the wide array of gorgeous frames and being able to read the fine print again doesn't hurt either.

Whoever does the training for employees here needs a medal! I have an incredibly high prescription and needed glasses. After visiting another chain, I decided to go back to Warby Parker (I have gotten glasses from them before, maybe 5 years ago). They still had my record from that long ago, and I was treated very well by the staff. They helped me try on what felt like 20 or so pairs, and were well informed about options like low-nose bridge fit, and frames that would minimize my prescription. I received my pair in the mail and the prescription was right despite the complexity, but I didn't like the color of the frame.
