Not sure why there are bad reviews. I've had a wonderful experience here. Tina has given me a lot of her time to find the right contact lenses for me, and they give you lots of samples and encourage you to try the lenses for a while before you buy them. Other eye drs. have told me i should know what lenses to order within a few hours! Everyone has been nice and helpful. Only issue is they still require masks, unlike the rest of the world lol.

I had an excellent experience with the staff at the Optical Dispensary. I updated my lenses for an existing pair of frames. The technician took the time to understand what situations I would be using the glasses and made appropriate suggestions. She was also very helpful in ensuring that I got the full benefit from my Medicare Advantage Plan. When I went to pick up the glasses, the technician took the time to make sure I had a good fit, even though I didn't get the frames from them. I'm very impressed.
