Very impressive store and very clean and great smell. Very easy process to order as long as you have your Rx. The people were friendly and very helpful! I highly recommend stopping in to see for yourself!

I recently visited the Warby Parker store at the Streets at Southpoint, located at 8030 Renaissance Pkwy Suite 880 in Durham, on April 18th for a service check on my previously purchased eyeglasses. I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by Ashley. From the moment I walked in, Ashley greeted me with a warm and friendly demeanor that made me feel genuinely welcomed. Her incredible attitude and readiness to assist were immediately apparent. Ashley not only addressed my needs swiftly but also with remarkable attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of my eyeglasses was perfectly adjusted and comfortable. Whoa! Everyone was so nice and helpful. This was a great experience from start to finish. The exam was absolutely top notch and I found many frames that fit me without any effort at all. The checkout process was the icing on the cake. I will very likely buy more frames from them.
