“Had a terrible experience with another company (ARS Rescue Rooter) who continued to no call no show for 3 days after they came to routine maintenance our furnace, and left us with a broken heating system. We finally called R&R Heating And Air and they gave us a window of 2-4pm. A technician showed up by 2:05 and fixed our issue within 15 minutes. He also stayed around for another 15 minutes to make sure there were no other issues after getting the system turned back on.
