I’m shocked I haven’t left Roy a review yet. He’s been servicing our units for years. He’s kept us from the hefty expense of replacing them until it absolutely had to be done. He’s very responsive, reliable and fairly priced. I’d one hundred percent always rather know the people who service my house by name and while nobody likes the expensive of home repairs he’s always made it as pleasant as possible.

Roy was fantastic from the first call until the service was completed. Our AC in our 2nd story stopped working last night and I called just after 8 AM. Roy returned my call about an hour later and said he could be here in 30 minutes which he was. He repaired our 2nd story unit and did some maintenance on our 1st story unit for a very reasonable price. We will be using Roy going forward for maintenance 100%. A neighbor had some AC issues the same day and they got an outrageous quote from another company. Roy went by and was able to help them at a much cheaper cost and quicker service. Very glad to have a good and reliable company that I can call on locally. We were in the market for a new crew to do our yearly maintenance and are extremely pleased with their work. Responsive to phone calls, quick to come out, and very fair pricing. Quality work. Looking forward to using them again in the future.
