My experience with Comfort Zone is that they are quite customer service oriented. Most recently, Caleb was out to perform a check-up on our units. He was very friendly and pleasant, and he did a great job explaining everything he found during his inspection. We always receive reminders about scheduled maintenance, and we get both phone and text notifications when technicians are on their way. We're very happy with the products and services we've received from Comfort Zone.
We have been using Comfort Zone for over two years. Their technician, Jacob, was professional. He was on time and very knowledgeable about our systems. We will continue to use the company to maintain our systems . Excellent service.Service: HVAC system maintenance
Noah and Dom came out today to install a new 4 ton Daikon AC unit plus furnace. They were on time, polite, efficient and professional . They cleaned up any mess they created and gave me an in depth run through of both new systems. They set up the new thermostat as well and showed me how to use it. I have their maintenance plan and they will check on my system periodically. The system came with a 12 year warranty , parts and labor etc. We also got a great deal by buying during slow season! The furnace was free as part of their February special. We have used other maintenance companies in the past, and this one is by far our favorite!
