Finished the job in one day I had a problem understanding the thermostat they sent Ricky out next morning put a new thermostat in tht I could understand that means a lot to the older people he made it easy to do a company that cares for us

Was worried that my heat kept running on auxiliary heat for more than 3 hours in a 24 hour period. Called and talked to Liz and she got me a technician out to my home. The tech, Tony, was wonderful. He checked everything out and let me know that this is quite normal when out Temps drop this low. I feel better knowing I had everything checked out. Thank you Liz and Tony.
