Jake and Cody were phenomenal in helping us get our upstairs heating system working properly. The previous owners of the home had badly installed the heating unit and it had no heat pump. Prior to the job Jake provided really detailed estimates of two options and personally walked us through each option. We felt like we were able to make an informed choice based on the information he gave us.On the day of the work, Cody was our lead technician. He and his crew were professional, helpful, and really timely in completing the work. They checked in with us throughout the process and answered all of our questions. The work was first rate. My wife and I woke up on Sunday morning and realized the heat had shut off sometime during the night. We called Atlanta Air Authority immediately because we had an event planned at our house that afternoon with 35 people attending and it was 25 degrees outside. Within two hours our service rep came to the house and had our heating unit working again in a short period of time. Thank you so much for your prompt customer service!
