“Ken arrived on time for the semi-annual checkup of the two heat pumps. He did a thorough job, and suggested replacing a capacitor on the older unit, as it was operating below the proper level. He had the part and completed the work. Ken was very professional and a pleasure to work with.“

Please understand they didn't sell because they wanted to. There was no other choice. Please keep the North Pointe HVAC family in your prayers. “Can't say enough how wonderful TemperaturePro was at fixing my AC. I saw other reviews stating they were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced...and it's all true! The tech, Jamie, came exactly in the window of time they said they'd be here, found the issue in 5 minutes, and fixed it at a competitive price. Jamie was a great technician, super friendly too.They're by far the best. I'll continue to use them for all my AC and heating needs.“
