Contacted them for a second opinion, and I'm so happy I did. Very prompt, polite, courteous, and honest with fair pricing. No scare tactics, just provided options, information/ education. It was the first time I contacted them. But I don't think I'll ever contact anyone else.

Bob was responsive and honest about his response time. He had a lot of customers who were in worse shape than I was, so I wasn't scheduled immediately.However, once I let Bob know that I was beginning to experience degraded system performance, he moved me up the queue and had a tech out within two business days.The price was less than half of the quote I received from a large, well-known competitor in the area, and the work was done both quickly and efficiently.I cannot recommend Bob's Heating and Air highly enough!

We can't thank Bob enough. Literally the morning my Wife went into Labor our HVAC went out. He promptly responded, put a temporary solution in place, and worked with us on putting a plan together to replace the unit. I can see why this business receives 5 star reviews. Thank you. PM
