Spoke with the receptionist at CK and they sent a service tech out to look at my unit. The tech was personable, professional and most important very knowledgeable. Diagnosed quickly and we were back up and running in no time.Service: Heating system repair

Wow! This company is incredible. Cedric was the Service Tech, and he was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He did an amazing job explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was so passionate about his work, and I didn't feel like he was trying to push me into buying another unit just to make a sale. He was extremely informative, and he offered suggestions based on his past experiences. I have been so impressed by him the two times he has come out to service our unit. When it is time to replace the unit in the future, it will be Custom Klimates that gets the call. They are simply amazing.
