This is an easy one. We've used Russell Heating and Air to replace bothAC/Furnace units in our current home. The first was replaced some ten years ago and the second unit was replaced just before New Year's Eve. Kind of a late Christmas present for the house.Anyway, the installers did a great job and were very friendly. They asked if I wanted to inspect their work when they were finished so I scrunched into the crawl space and was very surprised by how nice the installation looked. I told Gary Russell that the new installation looked like something that you would see on This Old House.They took great care not to damage the encapsulation material in the crawl space...read full review

Sometimes you just got to acknowledge great service. Russell Heating and Air Conditioning recently serviced my furnaces and I couldn’t be more satisfied. They arrived promptly, took great care in my home, performed routined maintenance, educated me on best practices for operating my units efficiently all at a fair and reasonable price. Highly recommended for all HVAC services.
