45 Grove St, New Canaan“Sama is amazing! A good friend entered me into a contest and I won a free month of classes - what a gift, and at the perfect time. I'd been wanting to commit to yoga for years but always felt intimidated by it, nervous about the studio and not knowing anything, etc. This free month was the push I needed to get over that...and boy did I quickly realize how unnecessary my concerns were. This place is so warm, welcoming and just all-around comfortable. I'm 8 classes in and feel excited to go each time, am seeing progress in my body/ability, have connected with lovely people, and perhaps most importantly - feel like I belong there. I'm so grateful for everyone at Sama... and for my special friend who gave me the push I needed.“

I love heated power vinyasa, and this studio gives me what I need! <3 You should try it ;D“

She is always willing to brainstorm and help out her moms. When I felt alone in pregnancy and postpartum, these classes and community got me through it. I’ve made new best friends, with babies all the same age. The empowered pregnancy and fourth trimester groups are amazing!! I would recommend these classes to anyone, whether you’re looking for movement during pregnancy, pre and postnatal education, or just to get out of the house and meet other new moms, you will be so grateful that you joined this community!“
“I moved to Norwalk from Long Island and missed the yoga studio I used to attend. I took a chance on Yoga 203 and was blown away!! Best yoga studio ever! The instructors are incredible and they explain poses really well. They make corrections in your posture, if you want and are always willing to answer questions. They are all so wonderful and friendly; as are the people in class. There are people of all ages, shapes and abilities and most importantly, it is a safe, judgement free place. Katharina, the owner, is such a wonderful person, who I’m sure is proud that her vision is doing so well. I absolutely love going to class and talking with the other people and instructors, who I now consider my Yoga family and friends. Namaste ? ?????♀️??♀️??♀️“
“Carol brings such depth of knowledge and spirit to her offerings. She creates a sacred, healing space for community, and a variety of modalities. I highly recommend Harmony Yoga, and any of Carol's wonderful offerings.“

80 Old Ridgefield Rd, Wilton“The studio is at the top of 2 flights of stairs, that may be a deal breaker for some people. The small lobby had to essentials and nothing more. The practice space is simple and clean, without many distractions. I took a flow class with Marianne and it was fantastic. The class was well-balanced, many options were offered and the cuing was clear and intelligent. The only item that gave me pause is to whole experience is that Marianne is listed as a 200 RYT, but I was unable to determine who she is registered with.“
8 - 10 AM
83 Harvard Ave, Stamford“I love that this location is right off of 95, and there is an abundance of parking right outside of the studio . Finding it was tricky , so let me help out. When you pull in the lot it is the 2nd building on the left with the blue awning that says professional physical therapy. Walk on in the studio is in the back . Robyn's classes are my favorite . The room is warm ,but not too hot . I would say it gets around 85 degrees“
7AM - 1PM
152 East Ave, Norwalk“Jaya is wonderful. I have been seeing her as my Ayurvedic practitioner since 2016. I first set up an appointment with her to get help with my acne which I have been dealing with on and off for 14 years now. I used to have acne all over my face at all times. After using the Ayurvedic soap and supplements she recommended I use and take, my acne has dramatically improved. I went from having a face covered in acne, to only having zero to two small breakouts on my face at one time“
