I had an absolutely amazing experience with Josh at Fit BodyWork. I was at a conference at CU Boulder and my upper back/neck became incredibly tense and knotted up. I was so happy to be able to make a same-day appointment. Josh was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable for the duration of my massage. He listened to my needs, minded every area that was bothering me, and found spots I didn't even realize needed attention!! He's exceptionally intelligent and taught me a lot about anatomy and massage therapy along the way. I am from Connecticut so I'm disappointed that I won't be able to become a repeat client, but if I ever find myself back in Boulder, I know exactly where to go & who to see! 10/10 would recommend Josh at Fit BodyWork to get the care & attention your body needs to be relaxed & healthy. For starters, they were completely polite & nice on the phone. They could get my son in for a root canal in 1 visit! The office, Michelle , was very helpful & kind! Dr. was to the point and an expert at what he does. His assistants talked us thru it.
Mike McDaniel is very, very savvy about Macs and can be called a Mac whisperer.He is good to work with and very reliable in keeping his appts. His work rates seem fair to me and he genuinely likes helping people with their computer problems. When I lived in Boulder, he was the guy I used for my Mac--- the only guy. Ryan having been my attorney for a year now I know he is beside himself with a1 star half cocked review from somebody obviously remedial in the simplicity of the question that he could've wrongly asked or asked again. But most likely the voices in his head were drowning out Ryan's answer . Ryan is so thorough that it is painful to my ADHD. Here's the minimum don't do the crime and you won't have this problem get another attorney you're wasting Ryan's time and I need it along with all his other clients that trust him and put their life in his hands.

Chris Rock is AMAZING. I moved here from South Denver a year ago. In South Denver I had been having the same person cut my hair for over 12 years. Since I have been in Boulder, South Denver was just too far to drive so I have been skipping around trying to find someone that actually knew what they were doing, took their time, and cared about the final product they delivered. Chris's attention to detail is by far better then anyone else's I have been to in Boulder. And he's a cool guy too.

Kiki is incredible! I've been struggling for a while with the idea of going back to my natural hair color (brunette) after being blonde for many years and worrying that brunette would feel too dark and heavy. Kiki absolutely NAILED the color, creating a rich and warm brown almost identical to the references I showed her. She added highlights that frame my face with a beautiful caramel glow, keeping me feeling bright. And she offered up her knowledge on the best products to help my hair in the dry Colorado weather. I've sought out expert hair stylists over the years and worked with many who have been talented in color and maintaining my blonde. But Kiki has far surpassed them all with her expertise, professionalism, warmth, and ability to create an amazing experience and an end result that I didn't believe was possible to love this much. Some really good, and some even great, but J is the Best Barber I have met thanks to a friend who referred me. Such a great haircut! Didn't know what to expect but I trusted the yelp reviews and I can say they're 100% correct. Char was so nice and I could tell instantly that she knew exactly what she was doing. Most places I've been charge double or triple what Clipperz does and do a worse job. I also really liked that she did exactly what I said I liked and didn't make me feel bad about telling her what to do. Highly recommend!

I took my boyfriend here to get a haircut and I was not at all disappointed by the results. He’s gotten plenty of bad haircuts but the haircut he received from Austin’s is his best haircut yet. The barber did an amazing job on his hair and listened to exactly what he wanted. We’re both so happy with the results. We didn’t make an appointment beforehand, but we came in as a walk-in and got his hair cut within minutes of walking in. The pricing was extremely affordable as well! Definitely recommend this place!!

I've been going to GLO for about 3 months now. All the staff there treat me so well. Always helpful. I am a lifer at GLO. I have been on a journey of losing weight, changing my lifestyle so I will not gain the weight back. During my journey I found GLO online. Chatted with someone, went the next day and could not believe all the nice things you can do in one day. GLO knocked it out of the park. Helping my body and skin recover while losing weight. Keeps me happy and keeps me going on my journey. Love the staff! Well worth the money. Better than therapy and cheaper!
This place has been closed for a year and I decided I would come try out the new company Glo. Absolutely LOVED my spray tan here! It came out exactly how I wanted. The new ownership really turned this place around and pricing is so reasonable. Very pleased with how clean and friendly the staff are! I will be coming here for all my sunless needs!

When I moved to Boulder, I had to find a new esthetician which was intimidating. I walked by JLounge frequently and gave it a shot.. I've now been seeing Ella for almost a year and she is fantastic! Reception is always friendly.. space is always clean.. highly recommend!
David who recently took over Angel Nails is great! He’s very knowledgeable about nail treatments and which shapes will be most flattering on your hands, and is always kind and very efficient. The space is bright, clean, and peaceful. I look forward to going back!

They offer online booking which is a huge plus for me, you can also call or email if you’d like. There is a receptionist (who is not doing nails while on the phone) available to help.
You can tell immediately they take pride in their space and tools. It is always clean, someone is buzzing around putting freshly sanitized tools in the carts, sweeping, cleaning or offering you a drink.
The polishes are OPI and CND and they use the matching base and top coats (not the cheapie ones) there are no drills so I know they care about the health of my natural nails and removal of gel polish is a breeze. I’m pretty sure they do not offer dip or acrylic so the air is free of dust. (No shade on those products if you love them.. just an observation)
Last, but most important.. Shova is REALLY good! Her attention to detail is so appreciated. All of my nails have a consistent shape and they are well polished. Everyone has been kind and welcoming but she is my girl!
You get what you pay for with nail salons and I am happy to pay for quality work in this woman owned business.

Sierra had a pretty hefty undertaking - making 8 years worth of blonde highlights turn into a beautiful chocolate brown with lots of dimension. But that’s exactly what she did. She was honest about what I should expect and suggested semi-permanent dye instead. Lots of great suggestions, very professional and warm.
I have been to visit Lyndsee a few times and not only is she super talented but she is really kind and so funny. I love coming to get treatments from her. She has an amazing ability to make the smallest changes that help boost my self confidence that look natural. The office is so lovely and has the best vibe. Cheryl is the only person I allow to cut, dye, and even style my hair. Tracy is so good!! My sister went to her before me and I had to go because her lashes looked AMAZING! Tracy is the only one I now trust to give me a lash lift & tint. I always leave feeling more confident. She does a great job of actually curling and lifting them, and it lasts a long time! Every time I can go get my lashes redone I schedule an appointment. Before going to Tracy I had gotten a lash lift and tint at other places, but I had experienced some sensitivity/redness on my eyelid or when my lashes grew out they seemed damaged, but none of this happens after seeing Tracy! 10/10 recommend, she is so sweet and great!

I actually tried a place in Denver first but was disappointed in the results. Thank the Instagram algorithm for putting me on to Emmy. Her razor cuts are amazing. She understands my hair and knows how to shape it and make the curls dance. When I leave her chair, I feel like a rock star. Lastly, which I think is super important, is customer service. My bangs weren't falling like they normally do and I had headshots coming up for my business. I scheduled an appointment ready to pay for a retouch. Emmy honored my visit because my cut was only 3 weeks ago. She does the right thing and I think someone who runs their business with integrity says a lot. Go see her now! I had a couple attempts at failed lash lift at other places since my lashes are thicker and hard to curl but Michelle took the time to listen to my past experiences and work with me to find what technique and style looks best on my lashes. I’ve been going to her for a couple years now and have referred many friends so I thought I’d put my love for her in writing as well!

I had a waxing done that I purchased on Groupon. I was very impressed with the level of service by the esthetician. She was warm and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Her office was super cute and she had la croix for the customers!! Her menu of services seemed pretty extensive also. I plan to return at some point for a facial.

Fantastic massage. The masseur clearly was experienced and knew how to elevate a massage into an experience. Totally loved it. The sanctuary was really cool for after the massage - highly recommend! I’m not sure if the salt room was needed, but I liked the sauna/steam/cold plunge/jacuzzi!
High quality and clean float center with a couple great new float chambers, larger than the pods for any claustrophobic folks out there. Recent poster who was dissatisfied probably was a first timer who did not take to floating, b/c otherwise they’d know that this is a quality place.

She is so kind and SO talented and I LOVED my lashes!! She knows how to make them look so natural and while having such a wow factor plus they lasted forever. Frank is fantastic!!!! My friend and I had toyed with the idea of getting matching bat tattoos for about a week. We called and he answered all of our questions quickly and it was evident he had a friendly demeanor. The shop is clean and gives off a classic tattoo parlor vibe. One side is a dedicated waiting area while the other is his work space. We walked in and were addressed right away and instructed on how to get signed in. We had a rough idea of what we wanted and Frank quickly put together an amazing design and was realistic with what would and would not look good. He was able to get both of us done quickly and the tattoos look phenomenal. His pricing was also very reasonable. Will definitely be back.

I recently went in to get my second piercing from Avery Jade, she did her very first daith piercing on me. I was impressed with her professionalism, eye for aesthetics, and dynamic ability to find the right jewelry and in turn leave me with a beautiful piercing I will treasure. Highly recommend!

We had Castle Fresh do a move-out cleaning on 8/8/2023. The person they sent did a great job. There were some specific areas needing clear documentation to be in compliance with our lease and keep our deposit despite known ventilation issues in bathrooms. Castle Fresh was great about taking the detailed before and after pictures we needed in order to get our deposit back in full.

Berlin flooring was contracted to refinish about 1,500 sf of our red oak hardwood floors. Scott and his team coordinated their work with multiple other contractors seamlessly. We had 7 walls removed so Berlin Flooring "feathered " in new wood pieces where the walls had been removed. They then stripped/sanded the original wood flooring and applied a protective covering. (We elected to go without stain.) The results of Berlin Flooring's work on our floors demonstrates a knowledge of wood and the processes involved in refinishing hardwood floors is vast and dialed in. I definitely recommend Berlin Flooring to anyone considering installing or refinishing hardwood floors. Oh, BTW, our dog had an accident and bled all over the sanded but not yet finished flooring - about 10'x3' - and Berlin Flooring was able to perform magic in getting the blood out of the flooring. Amazing!
Ryan, Jerry and the MH team did an outstanding job on our master bathroom renovation. We did a full reno with a steam shower, heated floors, etc. and are so happy with the results. As with any renovation project there were some curveballs along the way and MH was able to handle everything our project required. Brady and his team at Van Matre construction did a fantastic job repairing our foundation and facilitating the many associated projects. Brady was very thorough in explaining the problem and how to fix it. Throughput the process the team was very clear about the project status and what was being done. They were also very forthcoming about any issues that arose, and made sure address them. Chris and Joel (the primary duo who did the foundation work) were always friendly and made an effort to keep the inside of our house clean and free of dents and dings. The project was completed without going over budget and our house looks better than it did before.The primary work being done was foundation repair, but several other improvements were added on. Our foundation wall was leaning in ~2.5" due to expansive clay around the house. The wall was pushed back and reinforced with helical piers and an adjacent wall was reinforced (but did not require helical piers). They added drains along the two walls, a sump pump, replaced the window wells, replaced the windows, and contracted having the concrete patio re-poured (it needed to be destroyed to repair the wall).My wife and I agree that it was a great experience working with Brady, Adam, Chris, and Joel at Van Matre Construction. We got the pleasure of working with Chris - He is incredibly knowledgeable and very honest. The tree we were interested in trimming because we were worried about the position of it next to our house - actually didn't need any trimming. Rather than charge us he was honest and explained that it was safe and didn't want to charge us for something not needed. We learned a lot about the trees health and how to care for it going forward. Saw this crew working in my neighborhood and called them about a big tree in my front yard. They said they'd take a look - I had to leave home for a few hours, but they called me back and said they were done early and could take my tree down, gave me a very reasonable price, and by the time I got home the tree was gone and everything was cleaned up. It was like working with a family business on a handshake. Highly qualified crew, super nice people.

I cannot say enough about the Rathburn Dental Office. They are so Amazing!!! My daughter (18) has been going for a few years now. We found Dr Rathburn’s office after my daughter experienced a traumatic incident at Young Dentistry in Louisville when she was younger. It took a couple years to find a dental hygienist that she trusted to even look at her teeth. The team at Rathburn Dental, especially Abby have been so wonderful and patient!!! From the moment you come into the office Shelly greets you and is happy to help. Abby (dental hygienist) is so amazing!!! So patient, compassionate and understanding!!! I don’t know how she does it but she is so very kind and really seems to understand my daughter’s situation! Always has my daughter’s best interest and trust. I cannot say enough good things about the team at MUV. I have worked with every chiropractor there and they are all excellent. Yesterday I walked in with debilitating pain in my lower back that had sidelined me the entire week. Another doctor wanted to put me on a bunch of medication, but after one adjust from them I was significantly better. They also take great care to know what's going on with all of their patients and I honestly love their package based business model. It makes things so convenient and accessible.

We came to Estess Park Colorado for vacation and my daddy's sciatica nerve was killing him. We started looking for choirpractors and alot of them wouldn't touch him because of his back surgeries. We called Atlas Choirpractor in Boulder, Co and Lindsey was so amazing. She took time with my daddy and was very explanatory when it come to his xrays. When he was done he was better but was still hurting. We noticed a difference that day when she was done seeing him. But wow today he he is doing great he slept really good. I started coming to see Dr. David about two months ago after my neck and back pain became so uncomfortable, that I could not sleep well, was getting headaches and had trouble turning my head to the right. After a few weeks, I noticed that I had a better sense of well-being and that my discomfort was slowly resolving and that I was getting consistent sleep. I am an equestrian and notice that I am getting better results while riding, as my crooked sacrum is now straight, which has been a huge win for me. Th staff are very attentive and caring and I like the casual atmosphere of Adio. I also appreciate the warm up work the doctors have clients do before an adjustment.

I drive from Denver specifically to see him because he has helped me extensively with my neck, back and hip issues. I absolutely love pet menders! They always take such good care of my boy. Gus has a bit of stranger danger and is afraid of other dogs, and the staff always make sure to take precautions when treating him and make him feel so comfortable. They are always honest about his care needs, and when possible provide different options for treatment while being completely transparent about facts.
The staff is skillful and kind. There were long waits in emergency due to how busy they were. The care was much appreciated.
Boulder Veterinary Hospital is absolutely amazing. I have total trust and confidence in the care they provide for our animal friends. The compassion they showed for my senior dog that needed dental surgery was heartwarming.
I own 7 horses and Charlotte has been my vet for 12 years. I can’t say enough positive things about her professionalism and compassion. Charlotte is always willing to calmly talk me through all the options when something is going on with one of my horses so I can make informed decisions.
When one of our older horses was sick, Charlotte tried what she could to help him feel better and talked my daughter and me through what was happening in his body. Her bedside manner gave us so much peace as we ended up having to say goodbye to my daughter’s best friend that day. Charlotte made all the arrangements for what to do after he died and sent both my daughter and I cards within days. My daughter still has that card from Charlotte in her room next to a picture of her horse because the words inside are so meaningful to her.
I have tremendous respect for Charlotte’s opinion and trust her completely.

Yoga Pearl is a great experience if you want to experience mostly slow and restorative yoga. The classes have been overall well structured, the atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxing. I will be back soon!
Yoga Shala is a truly wonderful place! I have studied Iyengar Yoga in many different studios across our country and have found no studio more clean, airy and beautiful. But even more important, the instructors are so so good! I am so grateful to have been a student at the Shala since I moved to Boulder more than 10 years ago. Three years ago I also began participating in a weekly meditation group, which is a better experience than I could ever have imagined. I have studied both online and in person and will always be grateful to have this rich resource in my life.
The people are wonderful. If you work hard there will be a lot of very satisfying rewards. My body is beginning to feel much stronger.
Best Yoga practice in town! If you are a beginner or an experienced Yogi, there is a class for you. They always have an introductory offer for new students. No excuses. They also offer almost all classes on line.

Calming Kids Yoga is a heartfelt nonprofit, and in my opinion, exactly what the world needs right now! They have all the trainings and products you’ll need to share yoga with pre-k through high school aged youth. The evidence based curriculum includes kids yoga classes, teacher training, staff in-services and many products, like books and audiobooks. It’s easy to weave the material into a home practice with your kids or any kind of educational setting. I’m so happy I found CK and would recommend them to any parent, teacher or school administrator!

I just had a intense Somatic Breathwork for Attachment Healing session with Morgan tonight ! I will be returning I have so much gratitude for her . She made everyone in the room comfortable and vulnerable to express themselves.
Lauren made me feel welcomed and at home in a very subtle but profound way. I felt connected to her throughout practice and I felt that the teaching that flowed through her was both very inspired and also technically very precise. I really appreciated the energetic container she created and could feel her skill, which helped me to trust the practice. As a yoga instructor myself I was very impressed by this class.

I cannot say enough about Core Wisdom, the owner, Kim Robins, and the other students who attend either private or group classes. The expert instruction Kim offers is individualized, creative and effective. She is experienced working with higher level athletes as well as clients who require more nuance and possible modifications due to injuries or ongoing limitations. Kim is always prepared through her on going study and years of experience, to give a challenging organized workout to her students. She is kind, compassionate and has a great sense of humor. The culture of the studio is uplifted and inclusive, a great place to get fit and stay fit. As a physical therapist who is very picky about form and safety, I don't hesitate to send clients Kim's way! Igive this studio the best grade possible. Highly recommend!
At Club Pilates Boulder I was introduced to Pilates reformer workouts six months ago and could not be happier! It helped me tremendously during recovery after multiple injuries and I feel so much stronger. Pilates is my religion now and my body requests going to the studio every day. The instructors are wonderful (I have my favorites :) and I always feel welcomed here. I am excited to bring my friend as I've got free guest passes after finishing 100 classes!

I was so glad to find Jenny for a massage while traveling. She is really skilled and super kind and has such a calm demeanor. I have been having back issues since Covid, a transition that changed how I exercise and also made me more sedentary due to working exclusively from home. My problems include issues with my quadratus lumborum, psoaz and obliques. Since I started getting massages from Seth, I am finally feeling better after a long period of wondering if I ever would get back to normal. Seth is very experienced, intuitive and a great listener. I have had body work frequently in my life because I also have scoliosis and by far, Seth is the best massage therapist I've ever been to.

Best massage I’ve ever had - truly an out of body experience! My husband and I went in for a 90 minute couples massage during our short stay in Boulder. We both had very professional therapists who were happy to tailor each massage to our personal needs. The facility was clean and comforting. I had an absolutely amazing experience with Josh at Fit BodyWork. I was at a conference at CU Boulder and my upper back/neck became incredibly tense and knotted up. I was so happy to be able to make a same-day appointment. Josh was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable for the duration of my massage. He listened to my needs, minded every area that was bothering me, and found spots I didn't even realize needed attention!! He's exceptionally intelligent and taught me a lot about anatomy and massage therapy along the way. 20 Years of Pain! I had suffered from weekly headaches for several decades. Over the years I had seen many professionals; from doctors to massage therapists. At best, they would make a marginal difference.
That was until I found Liraz and began deep tissue/trigger point massage. She really is an amazing and talented professional that I feel so lucky to have met!
In my case, she was quick to understand my problems and patient enough to uncover these deep-seated knots in my muscles that were causing the pain. I appreciate how she talks throught the massage to help me better understand the locations, causations of pain, and fascial connections that are referring the pain. With this knowledge and active conversation, she was able to help me better communicate my pain while we worked together to further pinpoint the sources and treat them effectively.
She also recommended specific stretches and a thera-cane, so I could actively help maintain the relief at home as well. Within just a few sessions, my pain was already greatly diminished.
Needless to say, my improvement has been wonderful and am now virtually symptom free. I would give her an 1,000 star rating and cannot recommend her enough!

Dr. Alan Hofman at Mend Physical Therapy in Boulder is a fantastic Physical Therapist! He virtually eliminated my back and glute pain after a severe episode of S sciatica. Also he is extremely knowledgeable about Spinal Stenosis and expertly counseled me about my MRI and my symptoms. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I began working with Dr. Blalack about a year ago, hoping to resolve a somewhat mysterious autoimmune issue. Gradually, I've been feeling better and better. And a couple weeks ago, a new round of bloodwork (via my rheumatologist) came back 100% normal. Jason's ability to listen deeply, along with his herbal formulas, dietary/lifestyle recommendations, and acupuncture have been immensely effective in helping me restore body-mind balance and vitality.
I have seen Jin for half year. Jin has healed my mouse shoulder and neck pain, my digestive system has been regulated after her acupuncture treatments and herbal supplements.She also suggested some healthy diet habits.
