I’ve always had a great experience here. Jaelyn and Majesta remember me by name and make me feel welcome every time I come back. I’m terrible with needles but Jaelyn does an incredible job and I hardly notice when she completes my blood draws. Doctor Parsons is nothing but professional and kind, and I can tell he genuinely cares for my wellbeing. I wouldn’t want treatment anywhere else.

Everyone here is extremely friendly, including the doctors. I came in with residual symptoms of a concussion and Jillian was extremely helpful and caring. Give her a raise! So glad I chose this place!

The team at Peak Form has been absolutely wonderful in helping me recover from my workplace injury. They helped me navigate paperwork, questions about insurance and made me feel seen and heard every time I came in for a visit. I have had massages here, been to Physical Therapy, and had exams done and everyone I have worked with has been incredibly professional and delivered great care. Majesta and Jaelyn at the front desk are also wonderful and always brighten my day.
