Seth gives wonderful massages. He really focuses on what your body needs. He has a wide variety of skills and knowledge. He worked out knots in my shoulders and back and reduced the daily ache and pain I have. He not only makes you feel very comfortable he holds a very welcoming and relaxed space.
Seth S is my favorite massage therapist. I love his style, his movements are fluid and cohesive and really help bring me into an incredibly relaxed state of mind and body. No matter what's going on, he caters to my needs and I leave his table feeling serene and powerful. If you haven't tried myofascial release or craniosacral I highly recommend trying these modalities with Seth. He incorporates all of his skills into his bodywork and listens to what your body needs. I can't recommend him enough, I send all of my loved ones to him. He may be new to this practice but he will soon be a fan favorite there, for sure! I never leave reviews but… Seth is a highly skilled practitioner with expertise not just in deep tissue but also in cranio-sacral and other modalities. He’s well able to adapt to your body’s specific needs. I went to him for around five years in NY.
