Great studio. Love the classes and the instructors but I am not alone.My only complaint is how crowded some classes can get. Personally I find it a bit hard to focus on my breath when I can only think about how many other people already exhaled that same air in a packed class. I like that they try to let as many people into classes but I'll try to avoid the super busy ones.

YogaPod is my happy place. Such a welcoming community. Excellent, experienced teachers and several convenient locations. So many options and something for everyone. I highly recommend.

I lived practicing here. They have hot and unheated classes. Level 2 are not that hard actually, especially in the morning. Big variety of classes all day long. They rent a mat for 5$. Bring your towels + water bottle. Showers are great.
