This review is more for Raven. I’ve been here in the past and how to hit or miss experiences with the employers. It doesn’t really matter because it’s in an out but Raven has gone above and beyond. There is never any impatience when answering silly questions (and I have asked ALOT) and somehow she always makes it a comfortable and happy experience.I just called because I couldn’t find an answer to my question online and Raven explained how certain tanning lotions work! I'm shocked by the poor reviews about ATB. I have personally had nothing but EXCELLENT service & experience at this place. I have been tanning for a long time & at the beach is by far the best place I have been to.I love the staff here, especially Kaylee who always finds a way to make me laugh & brightens my day. All of the wonderful ladies that work here are knowledgable, friendly, helpful & make you feel welcome.I would also like to comment on the type of people who visit businesses in Boulder which are 99% of the affluent entitled Karen variety.Anyone working in customer service in Boulder knows it is literally THE worst because the clients are extremely rude & entitled:...read full review
