We worked with Jeff and the Cottonwood team to build our custom home, including complete renovation of an existing bungalow into a guest house, and new construction of the "main house" on our central Boulder property. The Cottonwood team is professional, reliable, collaborative and of the highest integrity. Their work is super high quality and they are always up to date on the best and most modern building materials and practices. We were especially happy that they are environmentally conscious, as they are green building experts. They completed our project on time and on budget.
