I am very grateful for the care that Dr. Scatena and her lovely staff give to me on a regular basis. I feel confident that I am being closely monitored with skin checks and I would not go anywhere else for skin care services.
Lisa and staff communicate well explain clearly the what and why of performing a procedure. The staff from the front desk and other medical crew are great. Friendly with good senses of humor and kind and gentle to the patient (me in this case).
From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, helpful, kind and highly professional. The procedure was clearly explained as were all of the follow up steps. Everyone exceeded my expectations throughout my visit.
