My utility savings have more than paid for the units in the 6.5 years I have been an American Air customer. Matt also went above and beyond for my elderly neighbor, whose unit went out in the heat of our 2021 summer. Matt came the same-day to determine the problem and returned mid-afternoon the next day with the replacement part to repair the unit, while the neighbor's service company had given him a 48-hour wait for a service call. THAT is the noble character of this family-owned company. I only recommend American Air as the premier heating and cooling service provider in Redding!“

He did call and had a tech out at 7am Tuesday. He fixed my problem with an upgraded part and cleaned my system very quickly. I was very happy with the service and attention received. “Earlier this year my heating and AC unit stopped working. I originally called Redding heating and air and was charged $99 for the consult only to be told my unit was not repairable and that my only option was to buy a new one (quoted at $12,000). I called Cory Burns at Shasta Heating and Air for a second opinion on a Thursday, he was out two days later on Saturday to look at it and had it completely repaired and running better than before within a couple days for $1000. My husband and I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience and how nice the whole crew was, it's now almost a year later and my unit is still running great with no issues! Highly highly recommend.“

When it came in Bob told me what to watch out for when I installed it.He also told me to hang onto the unit as long as I could because it was a great unit. I had since called him when a blade broke off of the outside cooling fan. He sent a repairman out the next day, ordered the part, and was installed the next day. “During the end of summer our air conditioner stopped working. I called Allianz and they had TJ come out to give us an estimate on everything. He didn't try to pressure us like the other companies I had come. He gave us options saying "apples to apples" or getting a unit that was bigger and better which we appreciated. Once we decided on our new unit they sent Drew and Jeremy out. They were here for a few days installing and did a great job! I was here with my 2 small children during the installation and the guys made me feel totally comfortable with them around . Drew gave special attention to my dogs also. We would definitely recommend Allianz!“

“Life-savers. I needed a fragile ceramic part (an igniter) to save me from freezing to death in December without a working furnace. After 3 other vendors took my money and sent me the part shattered and useless, I discovered Air-O. Some part vendors only sell to the trades, never to the public. Air-O ordered the part for me and had it delivered to their office, so they could verify that the part was intact. Then I was able to pick it up and pay for it at their dispatch location. Nice. And they were very sympathetic to my plight and pleasant to deal with too, both the HVAC experts that helped me order the right part, and the professional office staff that completed the purchase face to face.“

“We were having a home inspection done for our house in escrow and initially had a different company do our HVAC inspection. The “unnamed company” didn’t give a clear answer on any specific diagnosis, only saying we needed to replace 2 large commercial systems in the home which was a huge cost neither we or the sellers were expecting. We were still unclear on why these replacements were needed so we called out a second opinion from Timberline. Christopher Smith came out and found that the “unnamed company” was only running one phase of the system, which is why it was showing an issue. He figured it out swiftly and took extra time to make sure the inspection was thorough. He was very impressive, honest, and not to mention saved us over $15,000. We will be recommending him to all of our friends and family in town.“
