Earlier this year my heating and AC unit stopped working. I originally called Redding heating and air and was charged $99 for the consult only to be told my unit was not repairable and that my only option was to buy a new one (quoted at $12,000). I called Cory Burns at Shasta Heating and Air for a second opinion on a Thursday, he was out two days later on Saturday to look at it and had it completely repaired and running better than before within a couple days for $1000. My husband and I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience and how nice the whole crew was, it's now almost a year later and my unit is still running great with no issues! Highly highly recommend.

I love this company!!! Family owned, honest, hard working!Cory came out and was a pleasure to work with and very friendly! He was quick and efficient. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!!!

Cory is a stand up, good man. He's hard working, sticks to his word, and follows through. Plus he's just a pleasure to be around and trust worthy. I have had techs come out and change out parts that didn't need to be changed and charged us for parts we found in the attic still in the packaging. Cory shows up and takes care of business quickly and efficiently. He comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
