Chris, the service technician at Reading Comfort, Heating, and Air Conditioning, deserves high praise. His expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the service visit. Chris not only identified and resolved the issue with my HVAC system but also took the time to explain the repairs in a clear and understandable manner. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. I highly commend Chris and appreciate the excellent service he provided.

We needed an Electric insert for our fireplace. Chris Stayer came out the same day. He was so quick to serve, and we scheduled the job, and in less than a week, it's done, and it looks great. Chris Stayer helped keep my old a/c hang on for years. Finally had to replace it and Chris gave us a very good price and installed it in a short amount of time, he is the expert, no doubt. When a part failed a couple years later, he made sure it was warranted and, again, fixed it in a short amount of time. I can always count on Redding Comfort Heating and Air to show up when needed, usually same day. Thanks, Chris. Recommended 100%
