“I have had Efficient Concepts (formerly Efficient Energy Concepts) help me three times now with three different issues as our house seems to disintegrate slowly. They fixed the radiant floor heating manifold, troubleshot an AC problem, and just now fixed the rat-infested wiring of our heating unit. On all three occasions, they came out very quickly, the technician was courteous and capable, and the customer service was excellent. I can only recommend Efficient Concepts for all AC/heating needs--they are indeed efficient!“

“My A/C stopped working on a Friday night before the hottest week anticipated so far this summer. I called McClelland and left a message late that evening. When I hadn't heard back by early morning, I called again and was told a repairman would be to my house by 11-11:30 AM that day-Saturday!He was here at 11 and after a half hour diagnosed the problem. A new thermostat and my house was cool again. I'm so grateful that my maintenance agreement with them has paid off!“
