Outstanding. Have used them twice, both times fast response and great service. He took the time to investigate the problem and determine the cause. Was able to repair a small motor cooling fan blade that had come loose and was binding the heater fan motor. Saved me a lot of money by not taking the easy path of replacing the entire fan assembly. Highly recommend.

I have been using Story Heating and Air now for 10 years +. 1st call was winter and I was freezing... of course it was late on a Friday evening. Thankfully Bill answered the call. showed up, found the problem, did a "fix" to hold me over (that fix lasted over 3 years) They earned my continued business from annual check ups to issues, they have always taken care of me and the needs of my HVAC.
