Recently bought a new house when of course the air goes out. Knowing no service providers in the area, I simply called the name and number that is on the thermostat. They were so responsive and helpful -- they are sending out a technician after-hours for us tonight. Its 107 outside and 92 degrees IN my house! I am so thankful they offer the expedited services - happy to pay a small fee in exchange for this. Here's to hoping the rest of the service call goes as well.Service: A/C system repair
What a great, local company! Our A/C went out overnight during a heatwave -- it was literally 98 degrees IN the house with 107 degrees outside. We were cookin' in there! Called a few places and then called the place who's name was on the thermostat. They were booked out a few days but they offered after-hours service for a small fee. I gratefully took it and the technician was amazing. He stayed in contact with me throughout the evening and let me know when he was on his way, and then again when he was 15 minutes out. I can't praise Jessee Heating and Air highly enough! The foreman Nate Hansen is the first honest technician I've met in the home improvement industry. He saved me time and money and gave me peace of mind. Do yourself a favor and call Jessee Heating and Air first!
