Lawson was very professional and actually was earlier than the expected appointment time given! He also was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient with the repair to my refrigerator. I highly recommend him from Choice Home Warranty.

Technician was great. The company has major communication issues. Cannot ever speak to a real person. Website messed up our appointments numerous times. Had parts in two days but took 5 weeks to get appt confirmed. Hope to never have to deal with this company again. 5 stars for technician, 0 stars for companyService: Refrigerator/freezer repair

I was not expecting a good outcome since this was set up through my home warrantee company. Lawson was prompt, polite and professional. He quickly fixed the refrigerator after carefully checking the whole thing. He could have told me anything and I would have believed it and probably paid. Great experience, I would use them again.
