“I called Fire and Ice approximately two months ago to have my air conditioning unit looked at prior to the hot weather. I left a voice message and David called back within a short period of time and we set up a service call. David showed up on time and performed all the necessary checks pointing out some items that either should be addressed now or that could possibly wait. There was no sales pressure and David explained everything in layman's terms. Fast forward to today, July 11, 2023. My air conditioners fan unit was cycling on and off every 30 seconds or so during the cooling phase in the early morning. Not supposed to work that way. I called David at 6:00am expecting his voice mail only to have him answer. He told me to give him a few hours and that he could probably come by today. David called me back at 7:15am and was at my house at 7:30am. Some of the repairs that were needed was because of a prior company's unprofessional repairs that happened approximately 1.5 years ago. The additional repair was an original part that wore out. David had pointed these items out on the first visit but felt that it was ok at that time based on all other checks.The weather going forward this week is supposed to be near 113 degrees. For David to accommodate me and my family with a timely response considering that this is the busiest time of year, is outstanding! He's very laid back but professional and I trust his judgment and recommendations. I highly recommend Fire and Ice and will most certainly be using this company going forward.“
