I called Fire and Ice approximately two months ago to have my air conditioning unit looked at prior to the hot weather. I left a voice message and David called back within a short period of time and we set up a service call. David showed up on time and performed all the necessary checks pointing out some items that either should be addressed now or that could possibly wait. There was no sales pressure and David explained everything in layman's terms. Fast forward to today, July 11, 2023. My air conditioners fan unit was cycling on and off every 30 seconds or so during the cooling phase in the early morning. Not supposed to work that way. We had two HVAC units replaced this week. David was upfront regarding repair options and pricing. Our units were 25 years old, so we opted replacement. We paid a more than a fair price and couldn’t be more satisfied. The installation technicians, Sean and Cisco were very friendly, professional and take pride in their work.Service: Installation

I had a minor leak and no business had availability. David called me and although he had limited availability he continued to answer my calls and walk me through a fix. I would recommend this business and they are worth the wait. When it comes to maintenance, they'll have my business.
