⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'm updating my earlier 1 star review on Pioneer Engineering today, 3/26/2024. Initially mistakes were made by Pioneer engineering and husband and I were livid. But Giuseppe, the owner turned things around with his amazing, over the top customer service and positive attitude. We highly recommend Pioneer Engineering for their "can do", technical expertise and "over the top" CUSTOMER SERVICE. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you Giuseppe!

super fast response. Giuseppe was so helpful and knowledgeable. I'm a first time homeowner and never knew anything about keeping up on HVAC maintenance at all. I suffered through four unbearable summers before I wanted to look into if it was broken and not only did Pioneer respond lightning fast, but no one tried to confuse me or upsell me on anything. I was actually educated on the importance of general maintenance and I couldn't be more grateful.

Requested a service visit on Saturday morning and Guissepe was at my home by that afternoon. There was communication the whole time and once he arrived he explained the work he was doing and even looked at my electrical panel to check that all connections were secure. Great work and super friendly guy! Note: There is a travel fee if you live outside of the Chico area.
