He did call and had a tech out at 7am Tuesday. He fixed my problem with an upgraded part and cleaned my system very quickly. I was very happy with the service and attention received. No other company I contacted called me back.“

“Matt came out 8-10-22 and serviced our A/C. He stated (in writing on the invoice and verbally) he would be back "by next week" to finish the job. It is now one month later, 9/9/22, and after calls to the office and speaking to his mother on one phone call and his father on another phone call we still do not have the job finished. Horrible customer service. No return calls OR return service as promised.9/14/2022Matt came out today and completed the service. Communication along the way would have been appreciated. Shouldn't take a negative review to get it, either. Hopefully moving forward they will learn from this. Changed from a 1 star review to a 4 star review based on them coming back to complete the service without charge.“

“I have had some bad experiences with companies in the past. Have had the same house for 22 years. Not with Circle N. Very knowledgable. We have used them before and always will. We thought our compressor may be going out. Called John and he asked some questions. Tech came out next day within the second hour of their timeframe and replaced the hard start and cleaned out our system due to build up from ash, dirt etc... “Life-savers. I needed a fragile ceramic part (an igniter) to save me from freezing to death in December without a working furnace. After 3 other vendors took my money and sent me the part shattered and useless, I discovered Air-O. Some part vendors only sell to the trades, never to the public. Air-O ordered the part for me and had it delivered to their office, so they could verify that the part was intact. Then I was able to pick it up and pay for it at their dispatch location. Nice. And they were very sympathetic to my plight and pleasant to deal with too, both the HVAC experts that helped me order the right part, and the professional office staff that completed the purchase face to face.“
