We were very impressed with Jim and his whole team! Our AC unit had to be replaced through our home warranty. The women who runs the office was one of the most helpful people when it came to explaining how things work with our warranty. From our first interaction with them we knew we were in good hands. Excellent, honest company! Was looking for a replacement quote for my HVAC system. They suggested to take a hard look first. Bad circuit board and capacitor, on heat pump. With labor (board was $385) the bill was $600. A previous vendor quoted me $25K. Thank you Modern Comfort! Works perfect!
