It was Time to get a new pellet stove. Our austrofam stove finally gave up the gost after 31years of faithful service. But things get Old so it's true you get what you pay for.So rainbow stoves is we're I bought this one, now time for a new one.So we looked and did some research and we decided to get a Harman stove model P68-C a good looking stove temperature control.They have come a long way since my Old stove. Today they installed the new stove, there installation team was on point, they kept their work area clean. We bought a pellet stove in 2018 to heat a small two bedroom home. They are tricky things but we bought a nice one, a HARMON, from the large inventory. You can find stoves all over but THESE GUYS can skillfully install your choice and provide the annual service. Most importantly they have the talented ALAN who can deliver EMERGENCY repairs when needed. Last year we called a different company (in Anderson) who got here that day but beside not fixing the stove, the tech left the live power connection disengaged. A $400+ disaster. Honestly the best customer service you could possibly ask for. I needed help with a fireplace and he took the time to carefully walk me through fixing it, even though it meant less money for them. I would highly recommend them.They also have a great selection and do excellent work. But by far the service is above and beyond.
