“I can't say enough good things about this company. We had a fireplace company come out to give us a bid on replacing the chase cover (outside) because it was loose and flapping everytime it was windy. We ordered the replacement parts and were booking into January. Fast forward to today we went outside and the entire giant chase cover (79 inches x 44 inches) had completely fell off the chimney/roof and was lying on the ground bent and leaving our interior fireplace exposed to the rain and elements. We called the original fireplace company and begged them to come cover it or put the old cover back up for us and the best they could do was 2 weeks from now. It started sprinkling rain within hours and I gave Advisor construction a call. They were out here within 1 hour and had the old cover put back on, secured with new longer screws and wrapped with ratchet straps to prevent it from coming up again. We were in such a pinch and couldn't believe how fast and diligent the team at Advisor worked! Thank you to Sheryl, Heather, Cole and John. Rockstar service!! Thank you!!!“
“I called North Valley Builders to determine why my home suddenly started making loud pop sounds and to examine stress cracks that appeared at the same time. I was afraid there might be a structural issue. I called on a Friday and Dave came to my home the following Monday. We talked for a bit and he inspected my home, including attic and crawl space. He explained nothing seemed out of place, but how the weather (rain & snow) along with temperature variations probably created a situation that will remedy itself, with time. I'm SO grateful for Dave's timely inspection, as well as his knowledge and candor. Even though I don't have work for this company right now, they will be one I call when I do. Thank you, Dave.“

Not only are they incredibly funny and awesome to work with… they are TALENTED! These three men did what 5-10 men could do in the same amount of time; they repaired the structural damage to my roof which required extensive dry rot repair and were pressed by a tight deadline (by the roofers, me, and Mother Nature) to get this huge job done before the snow. Highly recommend this company and I’m grateful to all the great people who work here!“
