Metals Direct is top of the heap. Not only is their staff knowledgeable but they actually listen when you have a project. I've read some of the reviews on Google and some people are just impossible to please. I had a couple of projects that were difficult and very far outside the realm of normal for a metal building and fabrication company and needless to say they hit two very big home runs for me. The entire staff was helpful and knowledgeable and walked me through the process every step of the way! The request I thought may be impossible they embraced and made it a reality! If you want a company that is reliable and gets the job done then look no further. The whole team at Metals Direct took a project that everyone else said was impossible and made it a reality. It was a tough project but they never gave up and always kept me informed. I'm a customer for Life!!

I live over 100 miles from Metals Direct, due to unforeseen traffic issues I was late for my pick up time. The yard was closed, however the office was open. I spoke with Steve and Shane and may or may not have had a small tantrum/meltdown when they said I couldn't pick up my order. Instead of telling me too bad, don't be late! (Which they had every right to do) They spoke with their supervisor and were able to get the yard open and load the metal themselves. They were both extremely professional and helpful.
