My wife and I caught him at 3:55pm on Saturday (They close at 4) and he was happy to stay a bit late to listen to what we were looking for, show us quite a few options, and ultimately point us in the right direction.After the sale he stayed in constant communication about the status of our order and let us know when it showed up.
