“I can't say enough good things about this company. We had a fireplace company come out to give us a bid on replacing the chase cover (outside) because it was loose and flapping everytime it was windy. We ordered the replacement parts and were booking into January. Fast forward to today we went outside and the entire giant chase cover (79 inches x 44 inches) had completely fell off the chimney/roof and was lying on the ground bent and leaving our interior fireplace exposed to the rain and elements. We called the original fireplace company and begged them to come cover it or put the old cover back up for us and the best they could do was 2 weeks from now. It started sprinkling rain within hours and I gave Advisor construction a call. They were out here within 1 hour and had the old cover put back on, secured with new longer screws and wrapped with ratchet straps to prevent it from coming up again. We were in such a pinch and couldn't believe how fast and diligent the team at Advisor worked! Thank you to Sheryl, Heather, Cole and John. Rockstar service!! Thank you!!!“

“I recently needed a houseful of carpet for a former rental I was moving into. I checked several carpet dealers in the Redding area, and Design Time was far superior in terms of both product quality and price. Kevin was the representative I worked with at Design Time. Did I mention that the house smelled overwhelmingly of cat and dog urine? When I was ready for installation, Design Time's installer removed the old carpet and pad, and lo and behold the upper particle board layer of the subfloor was saturated with pet urine in spots. Although the carpet installation was scheduled for the next day, Kevin agreed to delay the installation to give me time to deal with the problem, and we re-scheduled for the next week. After a week of applying products to kill the smell, it was still there. Kevin was very understanding and we deferred the installation one more time. I then replaced some of the particle board, applied Original Kilz paint in other spots, and got rid of the stink. The installer (Mick) then came back and installed the new pad and carpet. He did a great job, and now the house looks (and smells) terrific! Kevin, thank you for working with me the way you did to get the problem solved. I don't think many companies would have gone the extra mile that Design Time did... I highly recommend them.“
