Miguel really takes the time to explain proper form with each exercise, which was important to me. I never feel like I am walking into a workout, unsure of what to do. I already feel stronger and have more energy throughout my day. “After an ankle surgery, I was in and out of PT for 3 years. My symptoms would improve, and then heavy use would make my ankle flare up again. Frustrated with this lack of progress, I turned to Ming. Ming showed me how addressing fundamental whole-body biomechanics creates huge differences in how I move and feel; reprogramming how my pelvis moves has made my ankle hurt way less, and also addressed lower back pain that PTs always wanted to treat separately. I cannot recommend strongly enough working with Ming if you've been dissatisfied by other more localized approaches to your body!“
“Joe is an AMAZING personal trainer. I am motivated, challenged, and encouraged to surpass my own limitations. I am impressed with the way he keeps up with my progress via an interactive app. He makes you feel like you are his only client. I appreciate how he comments and makes suggestions on my food choices, and if I am not meeting my walking or exercise goals, he will give me gentle reminders to get back on track. His expectations during our workouts are for me to do my best and push past my own mental blocks on what I think I can do. He is cordial, complimentary, and probably the best fitness choice I have ever made for myself.“

I’ve gone to many who never understood my fitness goals and Rojin broke it down from the diet to the plan of action and then even took the time to follow up with me on my off days to make sure I was sticking to our 4 month plan. She knows what she’s doing and she helped me gain a total of 16 pounds when my initial goal was 8. Doubled my weight. Quadrupled the time I would be in the gym, and the investment came back tenfold.
