So where do I begin. Well let me start off by saying Akia, is such a sweet and educated gal. I have never received any stretch mark service before, so i didnt know what to expect , but she reassured me that its actually not a painful procedure and if you have gotten tattoos then you got this. She was right, it felt like getting a tattoo smooth process and not painful at all. So now why the Inkless Stretchmark, well after having 2 kids, I expected my stretch marks to be super dark, but they weren't but they were still visible. So just to make them less visible she did the inkless Stretch Mark treatment. I highly recommend. My stretch marks improved. Looks like close to none. I can still use a couple treatments. But if any of you are looking for someone to get this done Akia is your girl. She is very detailed in her work and gives you all the information you need. Have questions, she has answers for you. Dr. Listiyo is a great dentist. He's blessed with a super compassionate bed/chair side manner and stands behind his work which I greatly respect. His team and office is squared away and his dental hygienist Rene has kept my teeth in great shape for over 15 years with never an ouchie. Kim always gets my hair exactly how I want it! The color is always spot on and so pretty and fades very well using purple shampoo. My hair cuts are always perfect too! Jenell is the best!!! I had a nightmare experience with my previous hairdresser, who completely ruined my hair color. But thankfully, I found Jenell who worked magic to fix the damage and get my hair to the exact color I wanted! Not only is she a master of her craft, but she listens attentively to her clients' needs and wants. All I have to do is show her a photo of the hair I want, and she nails it every time! Now, I happily commute an hour just to get my hair done by her. She's worth every mile and every penny. I've finally found my go-to hairdresser, and I can't recommend her enough! ❤️
I called in because we were eating near by and they had good reviews. The woman on the phone was so sweet and welcoming, we pulled up quick and they helped my little brother right away we weren't there for more than 30 minutes. She made him feel so comfortable, called him by his name and everything! For only $25 we will definitely be coming back, and we all got candy at the end! lol They also have a a comfy couch and a big tv to relax while you wait!

Ashley, is beyond amazing! Her booking is super easy, her location has plenty of parking and was easy to locate. Ashley is so kind, personable and very professional. Her salon is super cute and her skills are top tier! I asked for a very specific braid style and she executed, she got my hair right! My braids have lasted with little to no frizz. Also, my head did not hurt for days on end for the cute style. I mean her braiding was on point but minus the pain. Honestly, I didn't even realize that she was done with the cornrows. She also made the whole experience very pleasant. She had WiFi so I could connect my work computer, she put on the tv and had just a great vibe in her salon. Hope this review helps someone!
Levi is talented, professional, and a delight to work with. I recently discovered I have wavy hair after a lifetime of thinking it was straight. I've been trying every curly/wavy hair routine I can learn, but I just wasn't sure about my technique. I also needed some shaping of a cut I got for straight hair. Levi shaped my blunt bob into something much better for wavy hair and gave me some great tips for styling and product. Highly recommended!

Just posted a review on Google, but I wanted to write one here to highlight Tony who has been cutting my hair since he started here. He always does me good; focuses on the little things and goes the extra mile to make me feel better. Tony is a fun character to banter with, and every time I ask for something a little different he's done a fantastic job. I personally moved to San Diego, and I drive two hours to Long Beach just to see this guy. That's how much I trust Tony and the work he's done. I want to add how the shop also feels welcoming and the other barbers are friendly with everyone who walks in.
Had a appointment with Igor at 4/13/24 He is a very nice guy, and talented I saw videos of the styles he does, if I was a man I'd definitely get his original style Tho I'm not so I had a pretty unique request Before scheduling I had reached out to him Amazingly he replied, I asked him if it was okay I was a female with long hair he said it's fine I also showed him reference to what I wanted just so he could confirm it was possible of him to do he said yes On my arrival he finally got to see what he has to work with. Told me it out of his ordinary. I knew it was from all the videos Iv seen, tho I chose him because of that. He is very excellent at those styles he professions in. Which is why I had confidence, he could do my hair. I also knew I'd be of a challenge to any salon or barber I went to. Many salons Iv gone to, have never pulled of a style that Iv wanted. In fact they are horrible. This is the first time Iv gotten a hair style close to what Iv explained, and at a barber shop.I'm glad I came, and he replied. The shop itself is nice, clean, and full of talented workers from what Iv seen after leaving. They all seem friendly, and just enjoying their lives, and time at work.

Absolute best barber in LA. I tried 3 places before discovering TimothyTrimothy and have been going for the last year. He really takes the time to understand his clients and is pretty meticulous with every cut (in a good way) to make sure clients leave happy. This place is awesome! I quit getting gel nails after numerous disappointing visits because no matter where I went, the polish peeled off within a week. I’ve been doing my own at home, but decided to give Bella Nails a chance (I had never been) since I am going on a three week trip this summer and wanted to do a “trial run”. The service was excellent, the ladies were so sweet, and my nails looked beautiful. AND they still looked gorgeous after a few weeks! I’ll be back for my nails before my trip!

I really loved how my eyebrows were shaped but, I did ask for a clean up and a little more than a clean up was done. The place was clean and organized and the lady who helped me was very kind regardless. I do prefer my brows to be on the thicker side but they don't look bad, just personal preference. I may try again and bring a picture next time.

What a find! My partner and I were walking the area and came across this shop. The products they offer are vegan and clean. I bought a cleanser and some makeup, different than what I'm used to yet surprisingly good. (I've been using it for a couple weeks now). Raquel is amazing at explaining how the whole process for a Brazilian wax is going to go also explains all the after care needs. I think I started going to her about 2 years ago and I love the service. I even started to do brow lamination and tint and I love it, has made a big difference on my eyebrows. I am actually very emotional in a good way to have Ambiance close to me. Denise Marie Estrada has been my acupuncturist/cupper for many year and after relocating to this location I was so amazed at all the other amazing benefits of Ambiance including: 1. The Infrared Sauna: I rarely get sick but as a teacher there has been horrible summer outbreak of covid, flu and respiratory issues and the toxic humidity in LBC this summer caused me to get a bad cough. Infrared helped so much and the packages are fair and affordable. I look forward now to working on healing my body and GI, and loosing a little tummy fat. The sauna is beautiful with light therapy and ability to listen to music or watch movies. I'm a concert pianist and have albums out so was so fun for me to crank the room up to about 140F and sweat while meditating to my new age piano. I loved the little touches of cold essential oil towels etc. Very clean and caring space. I couldn't believe how much I was able to cough up and body aches from flu went away instantly. I love the color therapy. I no longer have to drive all the way to Corona for Glen Ivy. I feel I have modalities that are just as healing right here in my own neighborhood! Yeah. 2. The Saline Salt room is a great addition. I look forward to booking this. 3. Men's facials: I love that now I feel I have a sacred healing space and practitioners that care about the community. This spa also has an easy back parking lot so no worries about street parking on street sweeping days. Though I haven't had a facial with Laura yet. I have met her briefly and I can tell the vibration of this place is loving, healing and caring. I'm honored to called Denise one of my close friends and I'm so thankful for this Day Spa so close to home. I will tell all my friends and look forward to radiant health after a challenging summer of illness, and loss. Side Note: I was very sad to hear about the recent break in and talked with Denise on strategies. Hopefully it was a one time incident. I was impressed with how the establishment quickly acted and even the day after the incident the spa still looked elegant, clean and beautiful and the practitioners peaceful and posed.. I was treated at the Sacred Glo last Saturday and couldn't recommend them more. I had a deep cleansing facial and my skin felt incredible after! For a little over a year, I'd had a very specific idea for a tattoo and I finally decided to go for it when I saw the beautiful work of Outer Limits' Charlene Hsu-Rodriguez on Instagram (her @ is FloralAndInks).
My entire experience with Charlene and Outer Limits was incredible. Charlene was always very open to collaborate and work with me on my vision for the piece. While we worked out the details of how it would look, Charlene had this perfect combination of voicing her opinions and concerns, all-the-while never making me feel pressured to change my mind about anything. I always felt like I had the final say, and that my choice would be fully respected and supported. Also, having spent over 12 hours there, I can easily say Outer Limits' other staff, and the establishment itself is incredibly friendly and professional.

We had been told by at least one plumber that our OLD toilet that no longer flushes properly was kaput and should be replaced. The problem was, removing the toilet would mean disturbing & replacing beautiful original old bathroom tile. Ugh. I reached out to my friend Tom @ Primo plumbing & he helped me source a needed part and his very smart son, Jordon came out and VOILA! They fixed my darn toilet! It was a MIRACLE ON MYRTLE AVENUE! I'm really grateful to Primo for having the knowledge to know how to deal with more complex plumbing problems. They saved my lovely 1930 tiled bathroom!

Still my go to plumbers. I will need to be mindful if not on site while work is done to get my before and after photos. To verify work to verify what needs to be done. I appreciate their customer service team and ability to put them in contact with my tenants directly to schedule appointments. My suggestion: They should give heads up on costs while work is being done. Labor and parts.
Great and knowledgeable people. They weee able to figure out why my shower wasn’t getting any hot water within minutes of inspecting it. Turns out my shower head needed to be cleaned so it would get more pressure to activate the water heater.
Other companies tried charging me thousands of dollars stating it was a bad water heater when I just had a new one installed. Definitely recommend their services with any and all plumbing needs

Needed a water heater repair. The guys at this business were able to make it out within a day of my call and quickly fixed the issue. All in all, they were very professional, efficient, and I would recommend them to anyone!
They did an exceptional job with our 12 unit condo built in 1982. From day one I knew John and Ricardo had the crew and the experience to handle this large job for the owners. The crew was super hard working and efficient. They were well supervised and kept me (HOA Treasurer) and our President constantly informed. A lot of plumbers tried to bid this job. Be warned - most don't have workers comp which means no crew. Most are general household Mike Diamond types - they are not copper repipe specialists and we even had one that wanted to come up with some excuse to not pull a permit which was ridiculous. A four story building with old pipe - some encased in cement is no easy feat. A1 was A+ for me and many of the owners who were sick of leaks and seeing our insurance go through the roof. Highly recommend this great team. They really know their business and I cannot ever thank them enough for all they did!

We had a late night, holiday emergency with our 7 year old water heater. Carlos texted me right back, had all the answers , and a plan figured out right away. We are about 15 miles away from him but that was no issue. Would recommend 100 times. We even had a slight malfunction in the NEW water heater which was a computer chip / cpu issue ( not his fault at all ) and his team came out super fast and new exactly how to fix this.

Called Long Beach City Locksmiths for replacement of a lost car key. They quoted a very competitive price over the phone (were even able to add on key fob replacement for just $30 extra, which is a fraction of what most places and dealers charge). Would give more stars if possible! James & Louie just left and my carpet looks the best it ever has after a cleaning! DO NOT waste your time or money with someone just using a hot water wand. All they’re doing is making mud and pushing water around. You MUST use a Rotovac to really get your carpets clean.. Hands down the best.

Had a great experience with their water damage remediation/restoration service. We had a leak from our upstairs neighbors that affected our bedrooms. From first point of contact they were very quick to respond and offer to come out within an hour to do an assessment. Created an estimate very quickly. We had another 2 assessments from other companies but the reason we went with Servpro was that they had the most honest assessment, best explanation of the process, and no pushiness. Another big plus was that they give you net 30 terms to pay the invoice (so if you are having to pay out of pocket till insurance reimburses you, that’s great flexibility). They were professional and thorough with their work, and explained each step -getting approvals from me on how much invasive work was done (giving options for less invasive while explaining pros and cons). They left our bedrooms neat and tidy which was important for us since we have a gap of when reconstruction begins so it’s comfortably livable in the meantime. Overall, very happy with their work and would recommend. This situation was stressful but they helped mitigate that stress.

Brought my carpet & rugs back to life!! Vince is the guy you call to take care of your carpet cleaning. He has been doing this for over 10 years!! We have kids + pets so our rugs and carpet take a beating but Vince keeps them sanitized and looking their best. I really thought our rugs could not be saved but he took out the deep stains and even took them out to dry. Best thing he was able to work around us being home with as little disruption to our daily work routine. He placed covers in the high traffic areas so we were able to walk on our carpet as they dried. Our home smells clean and the carpet/rugs look great - no musty odor as I have experienced with other carpet cleaners. Oh and his wonderful assistant Nancy is always able to schedule us with a time that is convenient & even sends us a text reminder as I forgotten our appointment time. Thank you guys!

These guys are the real deal. My brother runs a roofing company in North Carolina and unfortunately couldn’t do my flat roof in SoCal. I met with about a dozen roofers and would then ask my brother for advice. Home Renew isn’t the cheapest, but they’re licensed, and have been in business for a while. Beware the warranty of guys that are unlicensed and have no record of being in business. They disappear with your warranty!
Amir Inbal was our project manager and was incredibly helpful. He was very upfront with the pricing, speedy with answering our array of questions, and quick and open with communication any time we needed him. The guys they sent to do the roof were hustlers. They came quickly after agreeing to do the project. They had a small army and were efficient and thorough. The roof looks great. They also did mold remediation and patching in the primary bedroom and did a fantastic job. I’ve worked with contractors before. If Home Renew is a little more expensive, it’s worth having the warranty and a contractor that is fast and doesn’t flake. Ask for Amir, and good luck out there!

I recently hired HTA to perform a complete renovation of my home in spring 2022 and was impressed with their professionalism and organization throughout the entire process. After moving into my new home, I knew it needed a lot of help but had no idea how to get there. I've been working with Harding Design and Construction for about 6 months now as we go through the plans and permitting process with the city. Although this has been extremely confusing on my end HDC makes this stage of the project very easy going and takes all the pressure off me. Wes has been great about listening to what I was looking for, as well as, working within the budget parameters I had in mind. He's been extremely organized, very responsive, and most importantly, fantastic at helping me narrow down choices. Would absolutely recommend.

I requested Contour Stairs to install a handrail , balusters and banister railing on my stairs for my remodeling project. I was impressed with the fast response by Rene. He came out and explained everything to me. They were extremely organized and detailed. They taped off and put plastic around areas to keep the dust in one area. When they finished, everything was left clean and tidy. Although I saw pictures, the craftsmanship actually exceeded my expectations. Their work is beautiful.

I used builder boy for my salon buildout and I couldn’t have opened with out them! I had to run plumbing to install some shampoo bowls and build out a new bathroom and they did a wonderful job. I was on a tight budget and confined time frame and they were very flexible with me and good at communicating. We had a small hiccup along the way because I didn’t communicate clearly and Jeremy handled it great. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone

Needed a tree removed from my front yard. These guys quoted me less than half of what three other companies were going to charge me. Got quote on Tuesday and had the tree gone on Thursday. Front yard looks great with absolutely no mess. Couldn't recommend these guys enough.
Working in real estate I have worked with hundreds of contractors and Dean is the best! The first man I hired to cut down a rather large tree and grind down the stump disappeared after he took down the tree leaving the stump. I called Dean and he came right out and gave me a quote. I hired Dean that day. He did a wonderful job where we couldnt see the stump or roots that had spred in the yard. You would never know a tree was there. Perfect! Also a prior tree trimmer assured me the tree roots were in no way going to damage my brick walkway. Wrong! The roots lifted and broke some of the bricks bad. Dean to the rescue! He was able to grind the raised bricks perfectly! Dean not only is excellent at his trade he is very personable and enjoyable to work with. Dean said he may be branching out in other areas with work around homes. I'm looking forward to hearing which ones as I will definitely hire him.

The fact that they truly understand how toddlers are and how to make them feel comfortable is amazing. They had a toy room and we were able to bring that into the chair so my son can be happy. I never thought I’d write a review for a dentist because they honestly terrify me. It had been 4 years since my last cleaning and exam so I was nervous when I initially went in last month. Everyone from the receptionist to the X-Ray tech was kind and knowledgeable. I also learned so much about my teeth! I had a deep cleaning and need to go back for fillings (sorry mom) but I’m actually not anxious about it. And who thought I’d actually want to come back in 6 months for a cleaning - not me :)
CHECK THIS OUT. First of all, about out to Crystal & Mickey and the entire office for their stellar service! I came to this office with an emergency dental situation. I was very stressed and not exemplifying the greatest attitude. It took three visits to process my situation. On the second visit I was the most dissatisfied and difficult. They anticipated and resolved every issue before it came up and treated me with the most patience and kindness I could imagine. The end result was one that was extremely satisfying. But it was the service during a difficult time I remember most. AND my dog got to be on my lap during my procedure which was author. They are hidden in plain sight and a neighborhood treasure.
I have had a mixed experience with my last foot doctor and decided to take the advice of a customer that was discussing the doctor down the street from my work as they ranted and raved about the foot doctor I was lucky enough to grab a canceled appointment . Well I had a great experience from my first interaction. I walked up to check in with receptionist as I was taking care of the payment for the office visit. The gal at the front desk was very helpful and explained the process and how the deductible was taken care of the overage was explained by the front desk person and she continued on to state that they would issue a check if the insurance covers the payment will be reimbursed. I realized at that time that the majority of the doctors staff were and are my customers at the vons grocery store up the street. The physician assistant/ xray technician I also knew as customers. And she was very nice and helpful . NOW the doctor was absolutely incredible she had an amazing soft touch with blinders to stop the patient from seeing needles. She wanted me to compare her injection to the last foot doctor. Well since I flew in the air and this new doctor was so good she gave me two shots and I had no pain while she finished and felt very little pain if any. After looking over the X-rays and the other doctors report Dr Khalwam found d the problem that has been obvious and began treating my pain and then will fix the other problems that I have on my over worked feet. She was amazing and is gonna take the screws out in the next few days I give the dr Khalwam and her amazing staff a 10 out of 10

Just visited today for my very first time . The office staff are so knowledgeable & intelligent . All 3 went above and beyond to help me obtain my X-rays from urgent care and even assist me by helping to ensure everything was coming back to my new phone thru my email , as I lost my phone and was currently dealing with set up of my new one covered from insurance. Dr. Graves took time to ask questions about past injuries an got a good overview of history of the foot injury before diagnosing what needed to be done an what could have caused the pain. BIG Thank you to everyone in this office today . As well as each patient that took the time to tell me that it would be ok , they used to be like me with this foot injury & I was in the best doctor's care .warm and very welcoming .5/5 stars for service , experience& quality of care.

Dr.Sanchez not only adjusted and worked out my muscle tension, he showed me thru a skeletal model plus he explained why I was experiencing the discomfort and gave tips and exercises to keep my muscles from returning to that state.

I have gone to a number of chiropractors in the Long Beach area and was always disappointed with the results. They would typically do the same handful of adjustments like a one-size-fits-all and I always felt like they weren’t looking for (or capable of finding) the root causes of my imbalances and helping me create long-term solutions.
Not the case with Dr. Matsumoto. My initial appointment was long and thorough, and my body was already much more open and relaxed with one adjustment. I continued to get a Full Treatment sessions where he incorporated various therapies like cupping, scraping, and the mulligan strap, and was given exercises to do at home that targeted my biggest problem areas. Within a few sessions, I was virtually pain-free, had greatly increased mobility in my hips and shoulders, and had way more energy than I’ve had over the past few years. I finally believe that I’m going to continue getting stronger and not have to suffer from so much pain anymore. I highly recommend going to New Era Chiropractic if you deal with joint and muscle pains!

I have been seeing Dr. Tabrizi for 3 and a half years and he is hands down the BEST chiropractor out there, every adjustment is a little different and based on my individual needs on that day. Dr. Tabrizi is the only chiropractor I’ve found that counts down each vertebrae in my spine to ensure proper alignment, and I walk out taller and energized after every visit as a result.
I went from having constant, debilitating back and hip pain that kept me in bed most of the time to getting back into the gym on a regular basis and not feeling trapped inside my own body.

Dr. Dave is an exceptionally gifted chiropractor. He listens carefully and always seems to have something special in his tool box to meet my needs. Since he was a skilled massage therapist prior to becoming a chiropractor, his broad knowledge of how our bodies work is exceptional. I always feel great when I leave his office and highly recommend him to anyone but especially if you have pain that has not been addressed through other modalities. He is kind, respectful and puts people at ease. Add his expertise to the mix and it's a win-win combo!
I've been meaning to leave this review for a while, but I forgot. Anyways, Dr. Wu is a major upgrade from the last dermatologist I went to. My acne pretty much cleared a year of going to him when years with the prior derm didn't work. My keloids actually flattened with the kenalog+5fu injections. Keloids are stubborn and they do come back sometimes though, so I have to come in every few months for more injections. His injections don't hurt. As far as American keloid treatment goes this is probably the best around the area. Dr Wu is very chill and reasonable. He will not suggest treatments that he thinks aren't worth it financially. I think Dr Wu helped extend my life by 2 years because my keloids were contributing to mental health issues. While my keloids aren't perfect, they are more manageable and flat.
Dr Alan Heller cares about his patients. He's committed to caring for and treating you. His staff is caring as well and they do everything in their power to give the best administrative medical attention. Dr Heller confirmed a skin condition by using a microscope to see the tissue. No guesswork. He made sure. This is an example of his diligent medical care. He explains things very succinctly and is very personable and kind. He is the epitome of who and how a Doctor should be.

Best Vet and staff I have ever been to in this area . I have been a vet tech for a while and retired but I can tell you I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here for my beloved dog Bogey. My dog actually thinks he is his bff and wags his tail like crazy when he sees him. I am thankful I found this place that is clean, calm and friendly. This is the absolute best dog groomer we have found. We have taken our Sheepadoodle to a few different groomers and he had ended up pretty traumatized. We started coming here and they treat him with so much care, kindness and patience. Now he is excited when we drop him off and not desperate to leave when he is done. If you are looking for a trustworthy groomer who truly cares about the well being of your dog and also gives a great haircut this is the only place to go. Our dude has improved so much with tolerating the parts of grooming he isn't a fan of and it's 100% because of taking him here!

I'm so impressed, with the care, love & detail Fur Babes Spa took with Belle aka LoveBug She was so calm & relaxed. The groomers are amaaaaaaaaazin, honestly I was so impressed & it was the 1st time my baby had bows in her hair She smelled like baby powder Her haircut was prefect, they gave me what I didn't know I wanted

Tanyss and her team are a dream team. Tanyss is a well knowledge groomer and knows whats best. Have you ever seen a grooming team as caring and big as Soggy dog? More hands make light work. They do not cut corners. There is always a helping hand and they work tirelessly to try and meet everyone's expectations.
Their communication is superb. Always confirming times, dates, phone numbers, and cost. Communication was great with Soggy dog. They gave my Pomeranian a beautiful groom and cut. Exactly what we wanted.
Our dog Tofu, hasn't been groom in a while and we felt so bad. She had some unexpected vet visits and money had been tight.
Tanyss was very sweet and friendly. Tanyss had her own dogs in the salon. Tanyss has incredible color tattoo work on her upper arms. I can always appreciate great tattoos.
There is street parking but if you set yourself some time and careful, its not a problem!

This was better than expected! My new baby boy of 15 just came to live with us and was in need of a good grooming. Morgan is such a sweet cat and a bit shy, not a bit a lot. He’s always looking for a place to hide. I was so nervous to do this but I knew he needed it. Purrfect Pet Parlor came highly recommended from a friend and I see why. They were so kind and gentle with him and he looks amazing. I can’t get over how soft his coat and how much more refined he looks. Everyone needs a spa day so head to Purrfect Pet Parlor for your all your fur babies!!!
I am satisfied with the job Aaron did on my chi mix. I think he’s the first groomer to properly express my dogs anal glands, (he told me it was full) and previously groomer said there was nothing which I found hard to believe since vet said she will need it expressed more often due to breed. As a result she hasn’t been licking her butt anymore and breath doesn’t smell like fish from licking it constantly. (Gross I know) and the de shedding bath and groom actually reduced shedding significantly . She felt a lot softer and overall better groomed than my previous grommers experience. I felt overall they gave me what I was looking for less shedding and she doesn’t smell from full anal glands and bad breath. I’ll be back. Love the bandana they gave her.

My name is Jeaneffer, I am so nervous about getting eyebrows microblading(I hope this is the right word). I am thinking and holding off for a long time, too. I am 43, so I'm not a fun of niddles ?? But Nina is the best! She really knows her clients ? I feel relaxed and trusted her after we talk from our first meet, right there and there, I have my eyebrow done in the first appointment. It doesn't hurt at all Plucking my eyebrow to shape is more hurt than the niddle ? I have a weird shape, and some parts have hair. Some parts are bald ?. Now, I have so many compliments with eyebrows ?. Very easy every morning going to work, just put my tented spf moisturizer, lipstick, and go. I love it! simple, and I feel beautiful? every day.

I took my 200-hour yoga teacher training with Ram. After researching for a long time, Long Beach School of Yoga was the obvious best choice. The class size was small, which allowed individualized attention and closeness. The yoga practice itself was amazing. I come here often, for meditation and yoga class through the phoniex app, sober living programs for free! It's so wonderful to experience a chill space with no drama and focused on its people. The instructors are always guiding us through every move! However the place is so cute! Has an upstairs that's really niche. But overall the actual room we do the class in is sooooo fulfilling. Yoga108 is the best of the best. The instructors have such positive energy and every time I leave the studio I feel like I just had a massage. This studio offers a good workout but also a relaxing experience. I've been going here since September 2023 and I always leave feeling satisfied. The studio is heated for some classes which is a plus because you break a good sweat. However, the heated classes aren't as hot as a sauna so it's easy to breathe and keep up with the movements which I like. Everyone in the studio, instructors and students alike, are so supportive and have created the most welcoming environment. This studio has created a community that goes beyond the studio walls which I enjoy. I definitely recommend yoga108 if you want a good workout or want to meet some awesome people!
Genuinely the best workout community. I'm currently a freshman in college so I can only come back during my school breaks so the weekly unlimited plan works out so perfectly for me! I mainly go to the IHP classes and can say that all of the instructors genuinely care about you and want to see you be comfortable and improve! As a newcomer, the community is so supportive and can constantly see people congratulate others after a hard workout!!

I love my RA yoga family. I’ve taken most of all the regular teachers and they’re all great and their own beautiful way! I’ve been at this studio for about two years and have tried other places, but nothing compares to the welcoming family like environment I feel at this studio. I am challenged to build mental and physical strength in every class. There’s always a class to suit my needs for how I feel that day physically and mentally. Some of my favorite instructors are Karen, Bobby, Marisa, Bridge, Christine, Rebecca, Aubrey, Corey, and Jill. The front desk staff make it that much more home like because they’re friendly, personable, and very helpful. Shout out to Leslie, Alisha, Jonah, Matthew, Azalea, Isabel, and Kehlani.

We opted for the zero gravity massage chairs in Nashville. The entry process was seamless, and the room & chairs were clean with disinfectant wipes available to sanitize with afterwards. We enjoyed ourselves so much the first time, we decided to do it again the next evening!
The ladies at the reception desk were so lovely! Professional yet approachable and easy to talk to. What a wonderful start that added to the whole experience. Manny was a great communicator, and helped tremendously with my tight and sore muscles. I loved it so much that I purchased a membership, and will tell all my friends what a great spot this was! I have gone to Heather for various issues with my body due to the hard work I do. I use and abuse my body which in turn creates some serious maintenance needs. I have gone to various places for my body maintenance throughout my life but never felt a dramatic difference until I had Heather work on me. My mobility increased tremendously and I do not have issues such as stiff neck anymore thanks to her. Every time I have had an issue she finds the problem and solves it. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the human body and will have you feeling 10 years younger if you give her the time. One of the best decisions I made was going to Py Acu Spa to see about my chronic pain. I have been experiencing shoulder and back pain for months. I was having trouble driving as well as sleeping due to the pain. I came to Py Acu Spa for acupuncture, cupping and massage. I noticed after one treatment significantly alleviated my pain as I was able to drive without pain for the first time in months. Since this was my first time at Py Acu Spa, the Doctor Acupuncturist took the time to understand my symptoms. Throughout the session, he was attentive and professional. Huge thanks to Shannyn for getting some awful knots out of my neck and shoulders! I'm so sore 24 hours later because she's amazing at deep tissue work. She is so friendly and funny too! It's so nice to be an environment with all the necessities for active folks (good music, comfy table, essential oils, and wonderful hospitality) but none of the "fluffy" stuff that skyrockets the price of the massage. Im a big fan and can't wait to return.

The experience & treatment is exceptional. The name "All About You Face......" is truly what experiencing Pam's service and expertise feels like! I've never come across or had as reinvigorating experience as Pam provides. After multiple visits I realize why she's as sought after as she is and simply put she's the only one I trust taking care of my face/body. And no doubt after seeing her you'll walk away feeling the same way.
I'm due with my second baby any day now and today was my last visit until I come back for the recovery portion with the team at WAPT. So far I have to say that they are an amazing staff, their care was a genuine, professional and I'm heading into labor a lot more confidence because of the tools that were shared from my PT. She is the real MVP, Chelsea. She took me in with a weak pelvic floor and every week we notice the difference in my body and capabilities. Thank you Chelsea, I had given up on natural body healing until I met you. I wish the next woman is able to read this and go in and do the work to avoid thinking about surgery or other options. I will be back and I'm so happy to have had this experience through my pregnancy.

PT@The Beach is simply the best for your physical therapy needs. Unlike other places where they set you up with a chart and send you on your way to do your PT, here you will receive one-on-one sessions each time with a trained professional. I have used them three times and have been absolutely satisfied each time. My daughter has also used them for sports injuries. Yes, you might get a student on occasion who will only observe your session. But rest assured that you will be treated by a trained physical therapist and receive the one-on-one treatment you deserve and will not get at other facilities.
If you need Physical Therapy, go here! I have been to 3 Physical Therapy offices in the last year. The other two weren't bad, but I didn't feel that I was progressing as quickly as desired. A friend referred me to Body Solutions, and I am so thankful!. Julie truly has magic hands! I have a rare issue (TOS), causing severe issues in my arm, chest and shoulder and recently had surgery. I was scheduled in quickly and the staff is incredible! The owners Julie and Ish, and the entire Staff, are welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. The other patients are recovering from a myriad of surgeries and injuries. They are very busy, and all work as a team to support the patients. I have been going for 5 weeks and have major improvements. I will definitely return for future injuries.

Renewed patient! The staff here is good. It was a little warm inside the rooms and the main area. The chairs in front are awkwardly positioned if you use a wheelchair since you are supposed to check in but there's a row of chairs in front of the window, I witnessed someone come in & looked awkward to maneuver.
Be prepared to wait probably two weeks when scheduling.
The Long Beach location of Motion Plus Aquatic is a must for anyone needing physical therapy. The staff are great. Mike, James, Grace and Diane are all very knowledgeable, professional and empathetic. I went for both a ruptured bicep as well as a torn meniscus. I highly recommend the Long Beach location.

Had a strained back, chiropractor did his thing, then the massage came. I was ready for my trip 2 days later.
I had slept wrong and could barely move my neck. I had gone to the chiropractor but didn’t really feel results. I tried acupuncture for the first time and Jaye really helped with the whole experience since I’m scared of needles. I felt a huge difference right after I was done and after a couple of sessions I was way better. I told her some of my other concerns about my irregular periods and alopecia. Oh my word, I don't even know where to begin!! let's see... I lost my smell and taste due to covid three and a half years ago. My daughter gave me an acupuncture session at Infinite Wellness with Denise for 75 minutes for a Mother's Day gift. After my second treatment, I was able to smell gardenia and Jasmine in the same day!!! I was bawling like a baby!!! The next day, I was able to smell cilantro, Rosemary, AND basil!! and I have been able to smell those 3 scents CONSISTENTLY for the past month!! I filled out the necessary paperwork since I was a new patient. OMG Dr Davis is a real MVP I've been to my share, of chiropractor's she is by far the best I've been to. She's very caring, a great listener the total package for all of my needs for a chiropractor. The office is very zen very relaxing and comfy. I’m so glad I finally made the decision to start acupuncture, a coworker recommended Emma after I was diagnosed with endometriosis. I suffer from debilitating symptoms because of it, however since starting my sessions I’ve noticed a huge difference in my pain management. I always feel a million times better after leaving versus when I come in. She’s also incredibly knowledgeable, she’s more aware of my condition than most of my doctors. If you’re looking for any kind of pain management or relief, I highly recommend her!
I found Jessica through instagram and I hadn’t received any acupuncture in a couple years. I was blown away by the service and attention to detail, as well as the empathy and active listening that Jessica has as an acupuncturist. My pain and tightness decreased after the first session and I even went through a detox, purging old toxins out of my body from one session. Highly effective and relaxing. She also did cupping at the end and I had to keep myself from snoozing on the table!

Dr. Jenny Lee is a great acupuncturist! She takes her time to treat my areas of pain and concern. I always come out feeling great, with lots of energy. She is really helping me out with the fatigue issues I have due to long covid, which left me feeling depleted of energy. She also does cupping and her Moxa technique is the best. The prices are very reasonable and she makes room to accommodate my appointments due to my availability at work. I highly recommend!
I have seen Dr. Fred Batkin on two separate occasions. I had never had a nerve test before seeing him and didn’t know what to expect. He made me feel comfortable and heard. He explained what he was going to do and every time he was going to go to the next spot. He said I was one of his best patients to date which made me happy! Getting any kind of test is scary but if you need a nerve test go see Dr. Batkin?

Nearly 10 years riding dirt and I took this course with my son. Aaron, Ashely and Queena brought so many more details to my riding knowledge. I was a nervous learner at first, but Homer put me at ease and was really knowledgeable. He is a patient and understanding teacher and works amazing with students.
