We’ve been using Orkin Pest control for a few months now and I highly recommend them! I’d like to start off by saying how amazing Jose is! He’s prompt, knowledgeable and just an overall hard working and nice guy. He’s always doing a very thorough job to make sure he sprays every inch and corner to protect us from those measly little pests. Definitely the best company to use when it comes to fighting off spiders and other bugs!
I thought I had a rodent up in my attic. the Orkin Tech came out and did an inspection. He said it was most likely just something climbing up a tree that had grown too close to the house. Then he laid out some traps. After a couple days, he came back and saw no signs of anything. He told me it was most likely just the tree and that I should give try to get a refund since he ended up not having to do anything. I was able to get a partial refund. Great service all around, will definitely be giving them a call if I have any problems in the future.
Orkin has gone above and beyond to help us with our problems. Marcelo is the best and has been a pleasure to work with. He is super helpful and knowledgeable. He will do way more than anyone else with a smile the entire time. Always prompt and polite and texts with an ETA. Our regular rep Steven is also very helpful and responsive. We appreciate the partnership that Orkin provides. Even as a big company, they provide the friendly family service of a small company. Thank you Orkin! Highly recommend for all household pest control services.
