10 out 10 for Dr. Kwak. I came here for my adult acne and was nervous about taking acutane. Dr. kwak was incredibly helpful and had amazing bedside manner. Would absolutely have him be my primary dermatologist. The reason I’m giving these a 4 out of 5 stars is the front desk can be a little cut and dry. I’d wish they were better at call backs and follow ups. If you don’t mind doing the work yourself, I definitely recommend.
I’ve been here for 10 years!! I always drive 1 hour to Long Beach! I really love Dr. Ulmer! He and his team always nice to me and help my skin looks perfect! Thank you Dr. Ulmer, I am forever grateful! Wishing you all the best in your retirement!
My results here are amazing! I had to write a review. I got botox done here for the first time and it was with Dr. Wu, who is so reliable. He made me feel comfortable and told me my options and what he recommended. I got my 11s and forehead but want to go back for my masseters. They do anything skin related there! Would recommend anyone to go here.
