Between the dog and the newborn we were in some desperate need for some upholstery cleaning as well as some minor carpet cleaning. Hit up a couple folks, and mystic was the first to reply as well as answered all my questions with no hint of annoyance I tend to ask a lot of questions these days before purchases, anyhow... The guy showed up on time, I believe his name was David, was super professional and walked me through the whole process and again answered all my annoying questions.I have had some pretty bad experiences in the past with stains coming back a week after the cleaner left, but this cleaning was over a month ago and we're still rocking with cleanliness! I have used Mystic multiple times. David and his crew came to steam clean 2 couches and a chaise cushion. They did a fantastic job and both rooms left spotless. I am so happy with the job and highly recommend them. This job I am sure was not easy as I have several rescue dogs and cats that lounge on the couches. Reliable, professional and always on time. Absolutely love love love this company! We have them clean our area rugs and couches frequently! Between our dog and kids we can't keep up but Mystic Steam can! David is so nice and has me falling in love with my living area all over again after every clean! Our toddler just recently spilled her drink all over our bed and we didn't catch it in time the smell was horrid, sleeping on the couch was just as bad but worth it after David cleaned it and no trace of the smell anymore! Give them a call you seriously won't be disappointed!!
