I took a Yoga class. The staff is very nice the instructors were very nice. The room just was not hot enough. I have done Bikram Yoga in the past and it was very hot. This one was not. I'm not sure if it was because I was sitting near an outside window. I had a good experience. I definitely would return.

My sisters have been going here and finally convinced me to try a class. I've taken Nicole's 90 minute classes here 4x and they have been great not only for my back pain but for my entire body overall. My body feels a lot more limber and my back problems have almost vanished! I've tried everything for my back from cryotherapy, deep tissue massages, compression therapy and a couple chiropractic sessions. Nothing has alleviated the pain more than yoga. Hot yoga works great in conjunction to my weightlifting and other exercises for a nice balance to my fitness routine.The actual class is an exercise in balance, sweat, vigor, and HEAT. Should have done this long time ago - I am 70 and I have been coming here since it opened -cannot remember how many years BUT they have the best teachers who put their heart & soul into working with you for every class. I always learn something new. Its a great studio with added variety of classes & showers and everything you need. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY YOU CANNOT BUY GOOD HEALTH - THIS IS MY INVESTMENT INTO MY CONTINUED GOOD HEALTH & LONGEVITY - I KNOW IF I WAS NOT DOING THIS - I WOULD HAVE A LOT OF HEALTH ISSUES - IT IS THE BEST - WORTH EVERY PENNY
