We have a yearly contract with Kilter for termite control rather than tenting. They were prompt in the initial inspection and had to reschedule in order to treat a couple spots on the second story exterior. Communication was great in arranging the second treatment as well. I'd give 4.5 if I could because I find it difficult to say any company is perfect.
