I always have a great experience at Primary Care. The staff from front desk to doctors are all great and very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend Primary Care to any fur parent.

I no longertrust primary care hospital.Took my service dog to get her teeth cleaned and a couple extracted.They had a tech perform the extractions instead of a licensed vet.When they wouldn't give me an appointment during covid,I went to VCA.At VCA, only a veterinarianperforms teeth cleaning and extractions.At VCA an x-ray clearly showed that the primary care TECH had broken, and left, half a tooth in her from their SUBSTANDARD PROCEDURE the year before.This caused her to lose another tooth right next to it.Not to mention the pain that she suffered for a whole year.BAD PLACE TO TAKE ANY ANIMAL!

The hospital was clean and there was basically no wait time. The staff was amazing! Super helpful and patient with my questions. I plan on returning. It was clear that they actually care about the animals and aren't just here to make a quick buck. Pricing was decent as well. They also accept Care Credit, which is a plus! Making an appointment was super easy and fast! Even though it is close to a holiday, I was able to make 2 appointments within days.
