“I have known Alex for several years. He helped me with my last dog. I was just exasperated with Ben. He chewed up my furniture twice and was just a wild child! After taking Ben home to work with him he came back a changed dog. Most recently, Alex took my little Frenchie pup into his Board and Train program. He has a way of working with dogs using positive reinforcement and love. He also gives the owner the tools they need to continue the training at home. “The staff was awesome. Very friendly. I called requesting pain medication for my dog after my visit on 12/22. I saw Dr. Meina on 12/27 who examine Willie (dog) and he provided him with two injections and meds to take home along with his diagnosis. He was very thorough and showed compassion. Willie is doing better and we have a follow-up appt. in a week. I appreciated the time he took to make sure Willie would be comfortable after he returned home. My earlier comments of Dr. Wisa was edited due to sometimes an interaction between Dr. and pet owner falls short when the owner is cut out of the decision making. I personally appreciate the Dr's opinion but not when information is withheld from me no matter what the reason and my decision to make is removed. Thank you.“
